Studio Anatomy Pilates is founded by two local gals with a passion for helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their bodies.
Our 50 minute classes combine the core principles of Pilates with functional strength training to deliver a challenging, full body workout. Using the reformer along with hand weights, resistance bands, Pilates balls, and other dynamic props, every class is designed to build strength, improve endurance, and enhance mobility.
Just bring your grippy socks, and we'll take care of the rest.
ABOUT US
At Studio Anatomy Pilates, we believe movement is one of the greatest investments you can make in yourself. Our studio was created to be more than just a place to exercise. It is a space where you can reconnect with your body, build lasting strength, and leave feeling more confident than when you arrived.
Whether you are stepping onto a reformer for the very first time or have years of Pilates experience, you will be welcomed exactly as you are. Our classes are thoughtfully designed to challenge and support every fitness level, helping you move with intention while improving strength, mobility, balance, and posture.
We believe consistency, not perfection, creates meaningful change. Every class is an opportunity to grow stronger, physically and mentally, in an environment free from comparison or judgment. More than anything, we want Studio Anatomy to feel like a community where the seven people on the reformers beside you are there to cheer you on, not compete with you. A place to embrace challenges, celebrate progress, and discover just how strong and capable your body can become

Enjoy the full experience. Leaving class early can be disruptive to the instructor and fellow members. If you need a break, simply lie down or take a Child's Pose on the reformer until you are ready to continue.
-
Your safety is our priority. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, are recovering from an injury, or have any physical limitations, please let us know when booking your class. This allows our instructors to prepare appropriate modifications and ensure you have a safe and comfortable experience.
We also encourage you to remind your instructor before class begins so they can provide personalized guidance throughout the session.

We understand that plans can change. To keep our schedule fair and accessible to all clients, the following policy applies:
